Step 1: Open the Login Page

• Open your web browser (such as Google Chrome, Safari, or Firefox).
• In the address bar at the top of the browser, type https://www.unitelgroupuploader.co.uk/ and press Enter.

Step 2: Select "Forgot Password?"

• On the login page, you will see a link under the Password field that says Forgot password?.
• Click on the Forgot password? link.

Step 3: Enter Your Email

• You will be directed to a new page where you will be asked to enter the email address associated with your account.
• Enter the email address provided to you by our team in the required field.
• Double-check that you have typed the correct email address, and ensure there are no extra spaces.

Step 4: Check Your Email Inbox

• After you have entered your email, click on the Submit button.
• You should soon receive an email from us with instructions to reset your password.
• Open your email inbox and look for an email titled Password Reset Request (or something similar).
• If you don’t see the email, check your Spam or Junk folder.

Step 5: Click the Reset Password Link

• Open the email and look for the button or link that says Reset Password.
• Click on this link. This will take you to a page where you can create a new password.

Step 6: Enter a New Password

• On the password reset page, you will be asked to enter a new password.
• Choose a password that is strong, unique, and not easy to guess.
• In the field labeled New Password, enter your new password.
• You will be asked to enter the password again in a field labeled Confirm Password to make sure it is typed correctly.

Step 7: Update Your Password

• After entering and confirming your new password, click on the Update Password button.
• You should now see a confirmation message that your password has been successfully reset.
